Isabel teaches body attention. At the beginning for me it was strange and a new experience. But with her help, I learned to get in contact with my body and learned about connections of specific life stress situations and tensions in the body. You lay on the table, you breath consciously, then Isabel uses different kind of touches, makes you aware of contractions and learn to let go of it. It helped me a lot and I recommend the method to everybody!
