In my Grinberg Process I got a better feeling for dissociation of problems other people. During the session and afterwards I am much clearer and got sudden perceptions without analyzing. I learned that through breathing you can deal with stress situations better and I got a better body feeling. I learned to be me and let go of my self-doubts.
